What currency is used for the prices on the website?

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1 to 4 days of processing for us to ship out your order. Please allow 3 to 10 days for shipping within the United States and more time for international orders.

How long does a product take to get to me?

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide, sometimes, from different locations.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking numbers will be updated no more than 1 day after shipment. If you do not receive your tracking number, email us and we will look in to it. You can find our email address on the Contact Us page.

I am not 100% satisfied with my order, can I return it?

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent, please refer to our return policy.

I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?

We will be happy to correct an incorrect address as long as your order has not already been shipped. If you have miss-spelled, auto filled, or otherwise entered an incorrect address, simply send us an email and we will correct it. Be sure to include your order number, full name, address, and phone number.

I have entered an incorrect address and my order has shipped, what do I do now?

Please contact the shipping company to arrange for a modification to the address, according to the shipping company's shipping policies. As the shipper, we can assist in this process only to the extent allowed by the shipping company.
